Last July, On-Demand Leadership conducted an employee survey which employees were invited to complete. As well, some employees were invited to participate in an interview with a representative from On-Demand Leadership. We have been asked by a number of employees when the results of this survey would be available.

On-Demand Leadership President, Geoff Tumblin, and Lead Statistician, Cindi Baldi, have offered to come, free of charge, to present an in-depth analysis of the results of the survey to interested staff members. Geoff Tumblin will also make a presentation on moving toward positive organizational change. They will be in Gallup on Saturday, November 8 for the presentation.

All employees are invited to attend this presentation that will take place from 9am – 3pm in the RMCH solarium. Lunch will be served. Hourly employees will be paid if they attend.
